At Kiara by Inas, we aim to deliver premium quality and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Exchange in Case of Brand Fault
If an exchange is required due to an error from our side, such as:
• Wrong size delivered
• Wrong article sent
• Manufacturing defect
• Stitching or finishing fault
Then the article will be exchanged free of cost, and no delivery charges will be applied.

2. Exchange Due to Customer Size Selection
We provide complete size guidance, measurements, and size charts to help customers choose the correct size.
If a customer selects a size themselves after reviewing the provided size chart and later requests an exchange due to sizing preference, then:
✅ Exchange will be possible, however:
• Labor/alteration charges will apply (depending on the article and work required)
• Delivery charges will be paid by the customer (return + reshipping)

3. Exchange Timeline
• Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
• The customer must send back the article within 7 days of delivery.
• Any request after this period will not be entertained.

• The article must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with original packaging.
• Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.
